Give a Gift that will Last Long After the Holiday Season
Our Gifts of Hope provide alternative giving options - allowing you to give a gift that will make a lasting impact for a person in need.
You can touch the life of someone in need through our Gifts of Hope, with gifts starting as low as $15. For example: bring someone in from the cold by providing the gift of a warm bed; or purchase the transportation fare an individual staying at one of our centers will use to get to a job interview. Or help support our senior programs to help keep our senior citizens going strong.
Giving a Gift of Hope is easy – simply follow these steps:
- Print out our Gift of Hope flyer.
- Select the Gift of Hope you want to give.
- Complete the order form on the flyer and mail it to: Volunteers of America Chesapeake Development Department, 7901 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD 20706 OR e-mail it to jkary@VOAches.org
- You will receive a gift card and envelope picturing the item you’ve purchased. Give the card to a family member, friend or colleague.
- Keep a copy of your receipt as all Gifts of Hope items are tax-deductible.
