Loudoun Cold Weather Shelter

In November 2009, Volunteers of America Chesapeake opened the Cold Weather Shelter; an emergency winter serving up to 18 additional individuals each night from November 15 to March 30 of each year.  Cold Weather Shelter clients receive a hot dinner every night, breakfast in the morning and a bag lunch to take with them.  They can also take a shower and wash their laundry.
