Loudoun Transitional Housing
Officially opened in 1991 under contract with Loudoun County, the Loudoun Transitional Program provides a variety of long-term support services, such as health care, counseling, job assistance and training, financial budgeting and adult education, for homeless women and children. To bridge the transition from crisis or emergency shelter to self-sufficiency and permanent housing, residents may stay on-site in eight efficiency apartments or up to seven households offsite, for up to two years.
