Pratt House
Located in Baltimore City, Maryland, Volunteers of America Chesapeake's Pratt House’s is a 35-apartment transitional housing community - complete with an outdoor playground, activities room and learning center.
In 2002, Volunteers of America Chesapeake’s Pratt House was transformed from a dilapidated Baltimore City School into a vibrant affordable housing complex. In addition to providing a safe and supportive residential environment for homeless families with two or more children, the facility offers case management, mental health counseling and referrals to needed services, such as health care, substance abuse treatment, adult education and job training.
