This 30-bed program provides emergency shelter to homeless individuals and families for up to 51 days.  Volunteers of America Chesapeake coordinates a variety of on-site services for its residents, including:

• Mental Health Evaluation and Counseling
• Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention
• Budget Training
• Adult Education
• Employment Services 

All residents are assisted by a case manager who helps them develop an individualized plan that promotes self-sufficient living.  This program is was established over 17 years ago and operates under contract with Prince William County.
