The Lighthouse Center is a companion program to the Winter Shelter serving adult men and women.  This program offers:

• Case Management
• Life Skills Training
• An address and telephone number for homeless individuals to receive mail and telephone calls

Operating year-round, the program is available to residents of Virginia Beach and the surrounding area in addition to clients of the Winter Shelter.  Begun in 1995, the program is primarily funded through grants from the Department of Housing & Urban Development with substantial support from the community.
