This 24-bed program provides a 30-day safe shelter to homeless women and families. Self referrals are accepted and Loudoun residents are given preference.  Volunteers of America Chesapeake coordinates a variety of on-site services, which include:

• Mental Health Evaluation and Counseling
• Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention 
• Children's Services
• Budget Training
• Adult Education
• Employment Services

All residents are assisted by a case manager who helps them develop an individualized plan to promote self-sufficient living.  This program is operated under contract with Loudoun County.
