Substance Abuse Treatment Services
Volunteers of America is a leader in the field of substance abuse treatment and prevention by offering a continuum of care consisting of supportive services and residential treatment options to assist adults and their families to experience life without addiction and to become contributing members of their community.
At Volunteers of America Chesapeake's Residential Program Center, people with substance abuse issues can receive support from trained counselors in a social detoxification program. In addition, Volunteers of America Chesapeake offers substance abuse counseling either on-site or by referral at all of our homeless shelters and corrections programs.
